Quarterly Bystander Intervention Webinars Become a Certified Mental Health First Aider BTS Seeks Therapist Recommendations Mental Health Initiative By its very nature our industry can impact your physical and emotional health due to long hours, pressure to push your body, and high workplace stress. This initiative offers a variety of tools and resources to support entertainment industry workers and their families and promote mental health and wellness. Star t a Gho s tlight Group A Ghostlight Group is a collection of individuals who gather to raise money by doing what they enjoy. These are volunteers looking to raise both awareness and funds through an activity or event to benefit BTS. The activity or event might be skiing, golfing, riding, quilting, a book club, movie nights, or any number of things people do in their precious spare time. Join the Ghostlight Society Show what a life in the industry has meant to you and ensure that future generations are cared for by becoming a member of the Ghostlight Society. Remember BTS in your estate planning to ensure the charity will be able to continue its work into the future. You can also let your loved ones know you’d like to be remembered with memorial donations to BTS. About Behind the Scenes The charity provides Basic Needs Grants to entertainment technology professionals, or their immediate dependent family, who are seriously ill or injured. Counseling Grants are available to entertainment technology professionals to assist with therapy or rehab. Our Mental Health Initiative provides tools and resources to support all entertainment industry workers and their families and promote mental health and wellness.
